![]() Pamela Mers Riedy has been a professional educator since 1972. She has a Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Education from the University of Illinois. She taught Social Science in public high schools for ten years before becoming a Christian Educator in 1982. She became a Certified Educator in the United Church of Christ and was Director of Children's Ministry at Glenview Community Church/United Church of Christ. She assisted Mary Jane Huber in establishing the Workshop Rotation Model there where eleven workshops run each Sunday. From 1994-2000, she was the Director of Christian Education at Glenview United Methodist Church, where she initiated the model in 1994, using four workshops each Sunday. |
![]() Mary Jane Huber has been in Christian Education since 1984. She has a degree in Christian Education from Defiance College and received the Alumni Achievement Award in 2003. She is a Certified Educator in the United Church of Christ. She is a member of AUCE (Association of United Church Educators) and serves on local, regional and state-wide education committees for the Wisconsin Conference UCC. She was recognized as an Honored Laywoman for Wisconsin Conference at General Synod (UCC) in 2003. As Director of Children’s Ministries, she implemented the Workshop Rotation Model at Glenview Community Church, United Church of Christ, running eleven different workshops each Sunday. She then went on to serve as Sunday School Superintendent for Redeemer United Church of Christ in Sussex, Wisconsin, a congregation that has two workshops each week. |
